We have been away for a while now, and a lot of things are happening at our end.
We recently got a chance to celebrate the World Health Day on 7th April, at the AnyTime Fitness Studio Gym in Dwarka. It was fun day with a nice warm up yet energetic bhangra session followed by a discussion with the nutritionist.
The World Health Day is a global health awareness day celebrated every year on 7 April, under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization, as well as other related organizations. In 1948, the WHO held the First World Health Assembly.
Anytime fitness is a well known brand chain, which conducts a lot of activities at their gyms and are always up-to date with their equipment and trainers. All the trainers are well educated and highly professional. The Gym itself are highly equipped with all sorts of training facilities and machines. Helping real people to live a healthy lifestyle is the only sole aim of this chain. And indeed they are delivering their best. The bhangra session was so full of energy and enthusiasm and we had super fun during the session. The bhangra trainer was super cool and was teaching in such a upbeat that all of us present their had a gala time. The songs she chose were too cool and made us enjoy the session even more.
The next session was with a nutritionist. She explained on how their are different diets that people follow, eg. Keto diet. Intermittent fasting diet, No Carbs diet, and told us about to why and which is causing what to our body. It was a super interactive session, wherein we ckeared so many doubts about our body and nutrition.
All in all, we loved our experience at Anytime fitness, and have already enrolled for our memberships.
